Affiliate Program Terms

The BizFinder.ai Affiliate Program is open to individuals and entities who agree to these terms. Approval is at our sole discretion. We do not approve applications from competing AI website-assistant products or from individuals on sanctioned-country lists.

Approved affiliates earn 30% recurring commission on every paid BizFinder.ai subscription generated through their referral link, for a period of 12 months from each referee's first paid invoice. Different rates and terms may be set per affiliate at our discretion; the rate effective at the time of accrual applies.

Commissions accrue on the net invoice amount (after discounts and tax) and are paid in USD.

Every commission sits in a 30-day hold from the date it accrues. This covers Stripe's refund window. After the hold expires, the commission becomes payable.

Payouts run monthly once your available balance is at least $50. Balances below the threshold roll forward. Payout method is set per affiliate (Stripe Connect Express for automated transfers, or a manual method like PayPal/Wise/ACH).

Attribution uses last-click cookies with a 60-day window. If a referee clicks multiple affiliate or referral links before signing up, the most recent click wins. An attempt to be credited both as a customer referrer and as an affiliate for the same referee will resolve to whichever was last clicked; the loser receives no credit.

You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your affiliate relationship on all promotional content. Acceptable disclosures include "#ad", "affiliate link", "I earn a commission if you sign up", or equivalent phrasing visible without scrolling. Disclosures must precede or accompany the affiliate link or coupon code, not appear in a footer or out-of-frame caption.

Failure to comply with FTC disclosure requirements is grounds for immediate suspension or termination from the program. We are not responsible for FTC enforcement actions taken against you for non-disclosure.

The following will result in termination and commission clawback:

• Self-referrals — purchasing a BizFinder.ai subscription through your own link.
• Cookie-stuffing, click fraud, or any technique to drop tracking cookies without user intent.
• Trademark bidding on "BizFinder" or close variants on paid search platforms.
• Spam, unsolicited email, or any messaging that violates CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or local equivalents.
• Misrepresenting BizFinder.ai's features, pricing, or capabilities.
• Domain spoofing, typosquatting, or any practice that confuses users about the source of traffic.

If a referred customer's payment is refunded, charged back, or the underlying subscription is determined to be fraudulent, the corresponding commission is reversed. Reversals on already-paid commissions are deducted from your next payout or, if no future payout is owed, invoiced.

Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. On termination, future accruals stop immediately. Commissions already accrued and past their hold period are paid out at the next scheduled payout. Pending commissions accrued but still in their hold window remain subject to the standard rules.

We may update these terms with at least 30 days' notice via email to your registered address. Continued participation after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
